The Association's annual calendar has four scheduled events each year with one event taking place every quarter.

First off the cab is the Annual General meeting which is scheduled to take place before the end of July given that UKT's financial year runs from 1st July to 31 June. Main agenda for this event is presentation of Financial Statement for the previous year and elections of new office bearers.

The second event of the year is the Mashujaa Day Barbeque and Family Fun day held in September/October.

Then comes the much anticipated end of year Christmas Gala Night which normally takes place at the end of November or early December.
